If vibraphone player terms – Roger is a national hero.

Roger Beaujolais is one of Britain’s most celebrated jazz musicians. Now recognised as a Vibes virtuoso, Roger started musical life as a drummer, but turned to playing vibes in his twenties and he has carved out an enviable reputation as one of the most accomplished players of this slightly unusual instrument in Europe and beyond. You may not have heard of Roger, but you will have heard his work on recordings with great jazz ensembles from the UK, Europe and USA as well as with pop, soul and rock legends like Fairground Attraction, Peter Gabriel, Robert Plant, Morrissey, Alexander O’Neil and many, many more. With Bristol based pianist Andy Nowak on piano, bassist Paul Jefferies and drummer Kevin O’Rourke this has the all the musical hall-marks of a superb jazz concert. Join us and hear how gorgeous the Vibraphone can sound in a live jazz setting.
